A healthcare organization in Boston, MA seeks a Human Resources (HR) Business Partner with a focus on employee relations to join their growing team. 

HR Business Partner

Must Haves:
  • 7-10+ progressive HR experience including employee relations, organizational development, employee engagement, professional development, etc.
  • Experience improving, developing, and implementing HR processes
  • Healthcare, non profit, community care or similar industry experience
  • Experience working with a diverse employee population

Job Summary/Description:
  • Partner with executives and senior leaders to improve, develop, and implement HR processes and policies
  • Handle employee engagement and implement changes that improve company culture
  • Handle organizational development, performance management, and work to improve DE&I and other HR initiatives
  • Act as point of contact for any HR related inquiries 
  • Handle employee relations included coaching managers and investigations
  • Support the growth and strategy of all functional HR areas
