Job Description

A healthcare organization in Boston, MA seeks a Human Resources (HR) Business Partner with a focus on employee relations to join their growing team.

HR Business Partner

Must Haves:

7-10+ progressive HR experience including employee relations, organizational development, employee engagement, professional development, etc.
Experience improving, developing, and implementing HR processes
Healthcare, non profit, community care or similar industry experience
Experience working with a diverse employee population

Job Summary/Description:

Partner with executives and senior leaders to improve, develop, and implement HR processes and policies
Handle employee engagement and implement changes that improve company culture
Handle organizational development, performance management, and work to improve DE&I and other HR initiatives
Act as point of contact for any HR related inquiries
Handle employee relations included coaching managers and investigations
Support the growth and strategy of all functional HR areas
