Junior HRBP
Contract at least 5 months with potential to extend
This position is hybrid in office
Pay Rate: $30.00-34.00/hr
Must have:
Bachelors degree
2 years+ HR Generalist or TA, OD, Talent Management, HROps, Total Rewards, HR internship or Coop
Powerpoint
Excel for reporting
Nice to have:
HR Certification
Job Responsibilities:
-Partner with the HR team to implement HR practices that align with the needs of diverse corporate client groups.
-Play a key role in executing HR strategies that drive business objectives, influencing workforce planning and ensuring successful execution.
-Conduct needs assessments to recommend and deliver relevant training initiatives.
-Lead and manage cross-functional HR projects and initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with company goals.
-Utilize data and feedback to drive business decisions and provide valuable insights to clients.
-Offer coaching and guidance to clients as needed, helping them navigate HR challenges.
-Proactively identify new HR support opportunities to enhance client relationships and address evolving needs.
-Advocate for a strong organizational culture, champion Inclusion & Diversity, and promote employee well-being across functions.
-Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and manage change initiatives to foster growth and adaptability.
-Support the acquisition, development, engagement, and retention of employees, ensuring a high-performing workforce.
-Administer and support company’s compensation, performance, and talent management programs to drive employee success.
