Must Haves:

2+ years of HR experience
ADP Workforce Now experience
MS office experience (strong excel)
Database management experience

Preferred:

iCIMS experience

Job Summary/Description:
A large non-profit organization is seeking an HR Specialist to join their team on a contract basis. The HR Analyst will report to the Sr. HR Specialist and will be responsible for maintaining day-to-day functions in the HRIS system. The HR Analyst performs routine system administration tasks and creates and executes processes to maintain data integrity of the HRIS system.
