Job Description

Our client, a non-profit organization based in the Upper West Side is seeking a Benefits Coordinator and HR Assistant to join their team on a contract to hire basis. This individual will report into the Director of HR and handle payroll and benefits related duties for the organization. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of experience in a non-profit environment.

Must Haves:
*Bachelor’s degree in HR or related
*2+ years of HR and payroll experience

Preferred:
*Non-profit experience
*Bilingual in Spanish


Salary: $55,000 - $65,000
