Client Job Title: Grant Accountant Salary: $59,319 – $106,218 Job Location: New York, NY hybrid 50% of the month work in office- usually alternates each week 2-3 days in the office

Must Haves:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
3+ years experience handling nonprofit grant accounting including financial reporting, reconciling grants, grant analysis and knowledge of 2 CFR Part 200 and Single Audit Act
Intermediate Excel skills including the use of Pivot tables, Vlookups, etc
Job Summary/Description:
A leader in equality for NY citizens is looking for a strong Grant Accountant. This individual will own both for pre and post award grant accounting including, but not limited to, contract reconciliation, submission of financial reports and vouchers, financial monitoring and analysis, support of Single Audit Act audit, ensuring financial compliance with funding source regulations, and maintenance of financial records in accounting software and databases.
