Job Title: Sr. Project Manager
1 year Contract + extensions
Hybrid – Seattle, New York, or San Francisco
Pay: $40-50 hourly Description
The Program Manager will support the Global Transformation business unit to transform engagements, with a focus on India. This role involves establishing strategic partner relationships, driving project execution, and identifying new opportunities. The Program Manager will ensure cohesive project management, advisory, and coordination during business process outsourcing projects, and will work closely with senior leaders across various business units. Responsibilities:
Support global business transformation engagements.
Establish and maintain strategic partner relationships.
Drive end-to-end project execution and outsourcing partnership strategy.
Create project plans and establish best practices.
Manage project communication and reporting to stakeholders.
Lead sourcing, selection, and negotiations for outsourcing deals.
Build relationships with key business partners to understand strategic direction and transformation requirements.
Manage day-to-day updates and hold key players accountable for deliverables.
Must-Have Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in large project, global management/transformation.
Ability to create/build your own project plans
Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, including with C-suite.
Expertise in managing end-to-end coordination of outsourcing engagements (BPO).
Pluses:
Experience with Smart Sheets.
PMP certification.
Experience in global data protection laws and secure information separation.
Experience in managing outsourcing operations in India.
