Financial, Commercial & Leasing Specialist
6-month contract

Location: Center Valley, PA

Pay Range: $34-36/hr
Benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401k

Must Haves:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in accounting, finance, economics or other business concentration required
  • 4-5 years of commercial finance and leasing experience required
  • Experience with lease pricing software such as TValue or SuperTrump is required
  • Thorough understanding of financial concepts such as cash flows, amortization schedules, APR, IRR, and financial lease structures (FMV, $1out, etc.); knowledge of structured equipment finance and working capital transactions.
Preferred:
  • Equipment leasing and healthcare sales experience preferred
  • Prior experience in the healthcare vertical market
  • Proficiency in Salesforce
  • Prior Project/System implementation experience

Job Description:

As a member of the Financial Services project team, this role is responsible to act as a liaison for FIS Field Sales team, provide product/services and pricing information, answer questions, resolve any emerging issues and define/execute test cases within scope of the Font-Office solution for Project Evergreen. Support and drive the delivery of a new Salesforce/SuperTrump platform which will support the FIS field sales processes, from proposal creation to Lease Document generation. Execute and facilitate project-based deliverables to help drive the successful implementation of the future-state Front-office solution.

Responsibilities:
  • Help the project meet its business objectives by ensuring FIS Field requirements are solutioned to meet/exceed Sales expectations and reflect the collective voice of the entire FIS Sales team
  • Problem-solve daily and liaison between FIS sales representatives and other internal departments to close out outstanding items.
  • Understand and translate sales policies and practices into detailed solution requirements and designs as needed.
  • Define project testing scenarios and support UAT event by executing test scripts, identifying and logging defects and working with vendors to resolve/closeout open items.
  • Analyze, structure and price transactions in Salesforce/SuperTrump, validating expected results and documenting issues as needed.
  • Create and document the pricing for a broad range of structured asset-finance transactions (including true leases, finance leases, subsidized products, and loans, among other products).
  • Gather and analyze sales proposal templates to identify opportunities for consolidation through dynamic document generation capabilities.
  • Work closely with Field Sales to understand their current processes, identifying opportunities for improvement through future-state solution designs.
  • Support solution rollout and training of internal sales on future-state platform.
  • Manage internal expectations while identifying, resolving and/or escalating critical issues.

Qualifications/Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in accounting, finance, economics or other business concentration required.
  • 4-5 years of commercial finance and leasing experience required.
  • Equipment leasing and healthcare sales experience preferred,
  • Prior experience in the healthcare vertical market preferred
  • Must have strong technical skills with CRM
  • Proficiency in Salesforce is preferred.
  • Prior Project/System implementation experience preferred.
  • Thorough understanding of financial concepts such as cash flows, amortization schedules, APR, IRR, and financial lease structures (FMV, $1out, etc.);
  • Knowledge of structured equipment finance and working capital transactions.
  • Experience with lease pricing software such as TValue or SuperTrump is required
  • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships at all levels
  • Highly organized and detail oriented with dedicated work ethic
  • Very strong financial analysis skills.

  • Must be able to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively
