A manufacturing company in Bolton, MA seeks a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to join their growing team.

Must Haves:

5-10+ years financial planning, analysis, and reporting experience
Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and vlookups
Degree

Job Summary/Description:

Analyze trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, Cost of Sales, expenses and Capital expenditures.
Manage the continued development of Budgeting, Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling Tools.
Monthly/Quarterly Financial Reports comparing actual, budget and prior year including the consolidation of all operating entities.
Assist with the development and analysis of dashboard reports.
Analyze proposed capital expenditures based of ROR and pay back.
Prepare presentations to Senior Management and Board of Directors.
