The Expense Associate plays a key role in supporting daily business operations through a variety of administrative tasks, as directed by department managers. Responsibilities include:
-Assisting with the management of the corporate card program, including processing card applications, handling limit increases, addressing Merchant -Category Code (MCC) issues, investigating fraudulent charges, and managing card activations and cancellations.
-Monitoring and responding to email inquiries, ServiceNow incidents, and internal department news feeds.
-Supporting credit card refund processing and performing reconciliation tasks.
-Assisting with the review of weekly and monthly reports to ensure compliance with company policies.
-Performing any additional duties as assigned by the manager.
