Job Summary/Description:
A biotech / pharmaceutical company located in Morristown, NJ is looking for a temporary Executive Assistant to cover a leave of absence. This Executive Assistant will report to the President & CEO and assist other members of the c-suite. This person should have extensive experience with managing multiple calendars, booking travel, filing expense reports, and strong written & verbal communication skills. This person should also be comfortable with overtime as needed.
