A nonprofit organization in Concord, MA seeks an Executive Assistant to the CEO for a 6+ month contract assignment with the potential to convert to a permanent employee.

Must Haves:
  • Experience supporting executives
  • Calendar management experience
  • Meeting minutes experience
Job Summary/Description:
  • Support CEO with day-to-day organization and administrative tasks
  • Handle calendar management and schedule meetings
  • Prepare documents and agenda items for meetings
  • Write meeting minutes and maintain financial and strategic records
  • Act as gatekeeper, responding to emails and inquiries and triaging as necessary
  • Handle event planning and preparation, book travel arrangements and order supplies as necessary
  • Other administrative tasks as required
