Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant 2
Contract Duration: Tentative start date: Feb 7, 2025 through Jun 25, 2025 (Assignment extensions occur quarterly. The selected candidate has the potential to stay in the role through at least end of 2025.)
Pay: $34.00/hr
Onsite/Remote/Hybrid (if onsite/hybrid please give city/town name): Hybrid, 2-3 days/week in office; Redmond, WA

1. Minimum 2+ years experience with calendaring in outlook.

4. Prior Enterprise Experience is strongly preferred. Ideally someone with 2+ years of Microsoft.

Typical Day in the Role:
• Key projects: This role will contribute to calendar support for partner level managers.
• Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of 10% meetings, 90% misc tasks like the following: calendaring, onboarding new hires, headcount management, travel/morale budget management, onsite team support, space management, event planning, equipment ordering, distribution list management among other administrative tasks.
