3 days a week in office 2 from home, Salary: $127,000-$150,000
Ancillary benefits Must Haves:
Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field and 9 years related experience or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field and 11 years related experience
1+ years managing a team within a nonprofit organization
Strong General Ledger Accounting including leading month and year end close, managing audit, balance sheet reconciliations, revenue and expense analysis
Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis including managing budget process
Preferred:
Experience with restricted funds
ADP, Intacct, Salesforce, bill.com system experience
Job Summary/Description: A nonprofit leader is looking for a Director of Finance to join the team. Someone who has a strong foundation in nonprofit accounting will excel! This role’s primary activities include the monthly close process, preparation of financial statements and maintenance of the general ledger and reporting systems. The Internal Audit and budget related responsibilities include preparation of the annual budget and planning and execution of internal audits. In addition, this role will assist in various projects, shared processes and other initiatives as needed.
