Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Social/Physical/Life Science, Business, or related field
  • 1+ years in data analytics
  • Expertise with SQL, Excel (pivot tables, graphs and charts), and Tableau (or similar visualization (VBA) tools)
  • Experience Managing large data sets
Preferred:
  • Advanced Excel skills, including strong modeling capability and Macros
  • Qualtrics and data warehouse (EDW) experience prefer
  • Microsoft Power App experience
  • Experience with R, Python, or another statistical programming language is a plus
  • Experience in SAP, object-oriented programming and other data analysis programs
  • 1+ years experience in Azure
Position Summary:
The Reporting and Analytics Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on data to drive informed decisions within the Service Center Division. They design and maintain reporting tools, generate daily, weekly, and ad-hoc reports, and ensure data integrity and accuracy across various business and regulatory reports. They collaborate with IT, BI, and other teams to streamline data processes and develop dashboards using tools like Power BI. They also analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend process improvements. The role involves data validation, report testing, and providing insights to leadership to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
