Customer Service Specialist
Temp – 4 months Boston, MA
Pay Range:$23.00-$28.00/hr.
Must Haves:
2+ years of strong customer service/call center experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Programs
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including over the phone with customers
Job Summary:
The Customer Service Specialist will:
Guide customers through proper use of the vendor-managed licensing system
Triage, troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate customer issues as necessary
Create and track customer tickets
Provide high-level answers to general BHPL licensing process questions
Handle customer phone calls and respond to email requests
Create systems to compile and archive frequent responses to assist building the E-Licensing support website
