Job Description

A manufacturing company in Waltham, MA seeks a Customer Service Representative for a 3 month contract assignment.

Customer Service Rep
3+ month contract assignment
100% onsite in Waltham, MA

Vaccination Requirements: none

Must Haves:

1+ year professional experience including data entry

Preferred:

Customer Service experience
Experience entering and processing orders
Salesforce and/or Mapex experience
Manufacturing industry experience

Job Summary/Description:

Handle order entry and processing
Ensure accuracy of invoices
Ensure timely shipping of orders and expedite as necessary
Answer and direct phone calls
Send order confirmations to customers
Assist customers on the phone with finding their orders
Resolve open issues with customers proactively
