Job Description
The Customer Service Specialist is making outbound calls to customers to help get merchandise returned (reusable corrugate packaging). We can provide an easy script if the candidate wants it. You will then enter notes into Excel (such as left message on 10/25/23).
Responsibilities:
Make outbound phone calls to customers.
Maintain accurate client notes and records in Excel and do basic internet research (like googling a company's phone number)
All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Experience in customer service preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with others in a positive and collaborative manner
Excellent organizational skills
Proficient MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
High School Graduation or equivalent preferred
