Customer Service Rep
Contract, 3 months potential extension
Hourly rate: $20-22/hr
Must have:
1-3 years of Customer Service or Call center experience (would consider recent college grad any type of degree)
Strength with verbal communication
Reliable internet
Quiet office space
Nice to have:
Bachelor's degree
Answer toll free customer service calls and correspondence. Field customer questions, resolves standard customer complaints, documents information into the call tracking system and ensures effective communication at all levels. Provide support for monitoring Facebook and Twitter to respond to customer comments/ questions to encourage a higher level of engagement and for additional assistance as needed.
Provide customer service support via phone, letters, and internet correspondence
Address customer inquiries and resolve standard complaints promptly and accurately
Utilize problem-solving skills to handle difficult and sensitive issues objectively and timely
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to resolve problems and answer questions
Document customer interactions and relevant information into call tracking system
Uphold company's positive image and support customer service objectives
Draft personalized responses to customer letters and emails, and maintain reports
Manage inquiries related to fashion shows for assigned regions, assessing requests against predetermined criteria
Coordinate with store management regarding show dates and participating organizations
Update customer information for loyalty program and adjust reward points as necessary
Exercise judgment in handling social media customer issues, aligning with brand and policies
Demonstrate ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and manage high volumes of inbound content.
