Customer Service Associate 3 Month Contract Remote (shift between 8am CST (6am PST) – 10pm CST (8pm PST))
Pay Range: $18/hour
Must Haves:
Customer service experience
Preferred:
Healthcare/medical terminology
Bilingual – Spanish, French, Tagalog, Korean

Customer Service Associates provide basic call center administrative support to members of our health plans.
Shift hours between 8am CST - 8pm PST
Knowledge of healthcare/terminology *huge plus
Bilingual (Spanish, French, Tagalog, Korean) *huge plus
3-4 month assignment (possible to extend)
