Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
 
  • Entry of Agent Usage Tickets, expired restocks and deployment banks
  • Allocation of available stock for new orders and backorders
  • Ensure orders are dispatched in a timely manner
  • Processing of Purchase orders
  • Phone coverage for department
  • Perform various Customer Service duties and special projects
  • Assist with deployment of operational customer centric metrics related to delivery, timely order management and customer satisfaction

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or a related field or the equivalent of relevant work experience
  • 1-3 years Customer Service experience is required
  • Microsoft Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
  • Previous ERP experience is strongly desired
  • Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy
  • Ability to multitask
