Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, high-energy Controller with a background in public and/or corporate accounting to oversee all finance and accounting activity, and to be a partner to the CFO.  We believe in a culture of collaboration, open communication, striving to exceed expectations, being helpful, and having some fun while we do it.   • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Finance & Accounting department
  • Lead month-end close process
  • Create monthly MD&A package delivered to Board of Directors
  • Lead forecasting and budgeting processes
  • Mentor and grow an accounting team that understands Titan’s business and profit levers
  • Contribute to M&A activity via evaluation of new acquisitions and integration of acquired business units
  • Lead annual audit process
  • Enforce proper accounting policies and principles; further develop internal accounting controls
  • Develop and manage cash forecasting and cash controls
  • Develop strong knowledge of our ERP system (WinTeam) and assist in development of executive dashboards
  • Interface with lenders, complete required debt covenants and other lender reporting
  • Develop working partnerships with executive-level business leaders
  • CPA (Registered or Licensed); Intricate knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and standards
  • BA or BS in Accounting or Finance (Accounting preferred)
  • Experience in startup/scaleup environment preferred
  • A proven leader with experience inspiring high-functioning teams
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Public accounting experience a plus
  • Ability to convey information efficiently using Excel and PowerPoint; strong financial modeling experience
  • Highly motivated and energized, not afraid to lead change
