Must Haves:

5+ years leading technical accounting and assuring compliance to laws and regulations for Maquiladoras
Experience managing quarterly consolidations and reporting for a Maquiladora
3+ years experience managing a team
Bilingual in Spanish and English with excellent communication (written and verbal) in both

Preferred:

QAD experience

Job Summary/Description: A leader in food manufacturing is looking for a controller to manage the day-to-day for the Mexico accounting staff. This role requires someone who has led an accounting team within a Maquiladora. The role will assure that all accounting is compliant with laws and regulations.
