Job Description
Contracts Specialist
Growing manufacturing company seeking a Contracts Specialist.
Required:
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Contract administration experience in a manufacturing company or products-based company experience
must have the understanding of how to manage contracts in a CRM system
CRM system experience
ERP system experience
Preferred:
Oracle
Salesforce
The position involves high volume data entry and communication with customers as well as internal colleagues .
There will be a lot of phone work with customers. High volume data entry. A lot of interaction with sales, customers, and internal staff .
This hire will handle new contracts and renewal contracts for the service team for two specific products.
Must understand how to manage contracts in CRM system. Manage the contract in oracle and use salesforce to manage the tasks.
This hire will help track when customer products warrantee expires, then contact the customer and work on a new contract with the customer and sales. Work with legal, follow up with client when up for renewal.
This position may also be responsible for fielding customer related questions, responding to inquiries/requests, and providing general sales support as needed.
