Position:
Part-Time Sales Contracts Reviewer
The Part-Time Sales Contracts Reviewer will review sales contracts and ensure they meet objectives and conform to company requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in contract execution and analysis, maximizing operational performance, and minimizing risk. This role may be worked remotely from home or from headquarters in Tualatin, Oregon and reports to the Senior VP of Sales & Marketing.
Part-Time Sales Contracts Reviewer Job Duties:
• Analyzing and assessing contracts for legal compliance and monitor performance to identify areas for improvement
• Update and maintain contract files, logs, and other records, and distribute documents to relevant parties
• Researching industry-relevant topics
• Work with other departments and legal professionals to ensure deadlines and requirements are met
• Ensures contracts are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Develops and drafts business proposals for strategic partnerships and similar deals
• Assures all necessary clauses and details are included in contracts
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a contract reviewer or related role
• Strong customer service and mediation skills
• Knowledge of legal requirements involved with contracts
• Attention to detail

• Organization and time management skills Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
