Our client, a large global pharmaceutical company is seeking a Senior Compensation Manager to join their team on a direct hire basis. Reporting into the VP, of HR, this individual will be responsible for the life cycle management, reporting and monitoring of the organizations global total rewards and performance management plans. Ideal candidates will have experience with performance management, benchmarking, sales and long-term incentives as well as previous experience with compensation plan design and execution.
Must Haves:
*Bachelor’s degree
*5+ years of relevant compensation and benefits experience
*Knowledge of compensation benchmarking and experience in compensation plan design and implementation
*Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred:
* ex-US compensation planning and evaluation
Base Salary: $135,000 - $155,000
