Collections Specialist
Contract
Remote

Must Haves:

1+ years collections, cash application, or AR experience
Experience with VMS portals (i.e. Beeline, VNDLY, SuccessFactors, Sage)
Excel experience
The ability to work independently in a remote setting

Preferred:

Degree

The Collections Specialist with assist the Cash Application Team with collections as it relates to pulling reports, verifying payments and making outreaches on outstanding items. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Maintain and check the AR mailbox for inquiries about payments
Verify payments in VMS portals match client profiles in Workday
Investigate inconsistencies or discrepancies
Reach out to VMS portals to follow-up on payments
Work independently to meet benchmarks and goals
