Claims & Warranty Specialist Contract - 4 Months

Hourly: $24/hr
Must-Have Qualifications:
Advanced computer skills.
Advanced verbal communication skills as well as effective written communication skills
Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
SAP Experience
Responsibilities:
Daily warranty claim processing, investigating, and reporting on various product and dealer trends.
Communicate with Engineers, Technical Service Representatives and customers to provide detailed product information.
Creates technical reports as needed
Performs other duties as assigned
