Job Title: Business Process Specialist I
11 month Contract – On-Site – Ira Township, MI
Pay: $20-$25 hourly Job Description:
The Business Process Specialist at a Compressor Station provides comprehensive administrative support to the Gas Supervisor and station personnel. This role involves organizing documentation, preparing and closing out work orders, assisting in work planning meetings, maintaining overtime lists, reconciling receipts, monitoring station security, and submitting various reports. The specialist also supports continuous improvement initiatives and overall site support, including presentation development, scheduling, and invoicing. Duties:
Provide administrative support to the Gas Supervisor and station personnel
Organize and file code-related documentation
Prepare and close out work orders
Assist in work planning meetings
Maintain and post overtime lists
Reconcile purchasing card receipts
Monitor station security and log visitors
Submit monthly and annual reports
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Develop presentations, schedule events, and handle invoicing
Must-Have Skills:
High school diploma with 2-4 years of administrative support experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and resolve issues
Proficient with computer technology and software
Gas Operations
Reporting and Analysis
Plus Skills:
Experience in a similar administrative support role
Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools
