Job Summary:
In this role, the Analyst will assist in the delivery of the Legal Department's monthly accruals process from end to end. The Analyst will also collaborate with the Legal Operations Manager and other Legal Operations Analysts on the execution of the day to day tasks of the Legal Departments billing system, ONIT. The Analyst will additionally work to generate insights and identify programmatic and process improvements including additional use of analytics, technology and documenting enhancements through policy and procedures.
The expectations for the role is to assist in day to day operations of the Legal Operations team, specifically assisting with reporting, invoice processing, triaging support tickets.
Experience/Skills Required:
3-5 years in a similar role
Accounting/Billing background
Excel experience
