The position provides administrative and analytical support for Benefit Operations/Systems, including program reporting and data analysis. Key responsibilities include assisting the Health and Welfare team with special projects, such as program implementations, Open Enrollment, plan administration, design changes, strategic communications, and compliance. The role also involves performing front-line customer service (via phone, email, walk-ins, Service Now, and Message Center). Additional special projects and duties will be assigned as necessary.
Minimum Qualifications:
Proficiency in Excel, including VLookup, formulas, and pivot tables
SQL experience, preferably with PS SQL
Ability to quickly learn and collaborate effectively with teams. Preferred: SHPR/PHR/CEBS/SHRM Certification Preferred People Soft Experience Service Now experience
