Associate Business Analyst: Life Insurance & Annuity
3-month contract
Location: Des Moines, IA (hybrid)
Pay Range: $20-22/hr
Benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401k
Must Haves:
- HS diploma
- At least 1 year of experience in a Life Insurance or Annuities environment

Responsibilities:
- Ability to read and understand life insurance and annuity documents and forms.
- Ability to read and understand commission schedules and agent contracts.
- Review data as provided for project work. Assess and analyze data as requested.
- Review documents in work distributor for research purposes.
- Quality process performed on commission transactions.
- Maintaining reports and dashboards as requested.
- Assists co-workers as needed.
- May perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Skills:
- High school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- 1+years of experience in Life Insurance or Annuities, environment
- General working knowledge of company products and services.
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Office Word and Excel skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a structured environment.
- Ability to maintain attention to detail and work within time constraints.
- Ability to work independently and contribute to the achievement of service, production and quality goals of the team.
- Ability to work with confidential information.
- Ability to answer written correspondence.
- Proficient typing skills.
