Excellent communication (written and oral) and presentation skills, the ability to engage effectively with internal and external constituencies, host recruitment events and prepare written materials
Familiarity with Slate or similar content management systems
Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe software
Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years related experience or Non-degreed and 10 years of related experience
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in Communications and/or Admissions positions is preferred.
Job Summary/Description:
The incumbent works closely with the Associate Dean of Admissions & Outreach and the Director of Admissions to support recruitment and enrollment efforts, including communications with prospective and admitted students, planning, and hosting of recruiting events and online informational sessions, and preparation of written materials including newsletters and website updates, among others.
Specific tasks include answering phone and email inquiries about the application and enrollment process, managing outreach to academic and other external partners, and managing the applicant record and database.
