Administrative Coordinator
3-month contract
Location: Cambridge, MA 


Must Haves:
  • Requires 2 to 3 years of related experience, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and direction.
  • Able to plan, prioritize, and track work.
  • Basic or better proficiency on common office software.
  • High School Diploma 
  • Some experience with Salesforce/CRM email communications preferred
  • Higher Education industry experience
  • Bachelor's degree

Job Description:
Coordinates and has direct responsibility for a program, project, event or program.?
  • Coordinate operational planning for summer student check-ins and the logistics associated with each check-in event, including site setup and flow, security, transportation, signage, furniture and equipment, volunteer assignments, food and water, etc.
  • Assist with responding to email inquiries about housing, dining, and residential staff onboarding.
  • Provide administrative support for the preparation and execution of student and residential staff move-ins, including pre-arrival communications, move-in letters, keys, meals, etc.
  • Creates and implements administrative systems to manage area of responsibility.
  • Serves as main source of information, effectively responding to inquiries from potential customers, participants, academic collaborators.
  • Prepares and maintains records, reports, budget and plans.
  • May maintain a web page, website, or program materials.
