Job Description

A non-profit organization is looking for a dedicated contract Zoom guru to assist with a variety of platform-centric duties. This individual would need to have a very strong Zoom skills including (but not limited to) setting up meetings and sending invites; breakout rooms; polling; taking minutes during the meeting; able to react quickly and decisively when someone isn’t muted and making noise as well as being able to react quickly to Zoom bombing. Individuals also need to be well-versed in recording, editing and posting meetings.

Contract: 2+ months
Onsite: Broadway, New York NY 10004

Must Haves:
  • HS degree
  • Extensive Zoom experience (creating meetings, sending invites, recording meetings, editing & posting meetings)
  • Administrative experience

Preferred:
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree
  • Non-profit experience
