Job Summary/Description: a growing higher-education institution is looking for a customer service oriented individual to support the Financial Aid office. This person will be responsible for:
Greeting students and directing students to the appropriate office
Responding to emails, calls, and voicemails for the office
Assisting students with inquiries about the Free Application for Federal Student Aid and providing general information where appropriate
Maintain confidentiality about student information based on the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)
