Job Summary/Description: We are seeking a dynamic Events Coordinator/Administrative Assistant to orchestrate seamless scheduling and event management, ensuring participant satisfaction while driving business objectives. This multifaceted role encompasses administrative duties such as managing correspondence, fielding calls, and assisting with office tasks. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional software proficiency, adept internet research skills, and excellent communication abilities.

  • Thoroughly understand event requirements and meticulously oversee execution to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Manage calendars and coordinate meetings effectively.
  • Plan events, demonstrating fiscal responsibility and time management prowess.
  • Craft and disseminate emails, memos, and other forms of correspondence.
  • Aid in the preparation of routine reports.
  • Maintain and update event/conference center policies and procedures.
  • Supervise event proceedings, swiftly resolving any issues that arise.
  • Provide general clerical support as required.
  • Flexibly assist across various areas of Facilities as needed.
  • Deliver superior customer service with a warm, cooperative demeanor.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Extend hospitality to visitors and offer general support.
