4. General ability to navigate websites and figure out online tools
Preferred: The ideal resume would contain Prior MSFT experience (not mandatory but highly preferred), with full 18-month of work eligibility. Job Description:
Performs a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management including external business partners. Manages schedule(s), coordinates travel arrangements and processes business expenses. Coordinates meetings and events, department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations. Manages procurement of goods and services including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and vendor relationships. Provides general office support. Serves as the department/group contact. Completes special projects as assigned.

• Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is to provide the operations infrastructure and support that allow its product makers to make product. This team, the M365 Core Experiences team, focuses on creating human-centric, AI-enabled experiences across Microsoft 365, Windows, and Edge. Their goal is to empower every person and organization on the planet to achieve more by delivering high-value productivity solutions. The team is passionate about cutting-edge AI technologies and committed to enhancing customer experience
• Key projects: This role will support the M365 Core Experiences team by handling various tasks, such as 1) onboarding new staff and order devices, 2) providing heavy calendar support for the GPM, 3) assisting with morale events and managing office space logistics, 4) performing miscellaneous administrative tasks, such as updating aliases and managing peripherals.
• Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of 20% of calendaring tasks, 20% of managing office space logistics, 60% of miscellaneous admin tasks, including device ordering, onboarding, alias update, and morale events.
