Job Title: Administrative Assistant 2
Contract Duration: Tentative start date: Feb 6, 2025 through Jun 30, 2025 (Assignment extensions occur quarterly. The selected candidate has the potential to stay in the role through at least end of 2025.)

Typical Day in the Role:
• Purpose of the Team: This team operates under the finance organization in order to support various groups including modern work security, business applications, Azure AI, marketing, business applications and the engineering team.
• Key projects: This role will contribute to:
• Calendar support, including managing meetings and requests from business partners.
• Onboarding of new hires, both internal and external.
• Organizing morale events and managing the related budget.
• Handling purchase orders.
• Providing equipment, specifically laptops, while the team provides monitors and other peripherals.
• Ensuring the candidate has prior experience managing multiple teams, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to think on their feet and make decisions professionally.
• A bit of tech-savviness to handle basic IT issues like monitor connections and updates.
