Must have:
Bachelor's in Accounting
5+ years GAAP accounting within a publicly traded company with global presence
Specific experience with Consolidations, GAAP, Foreign Exchange and Inter-company accounting
Experience with SOX compliance
This global publicly traded company is looking for a skilled accounting professional to work with the closes and consolidations monthly which will included the quarterly and annual close and preparations on financial statements.
The work will include:
-Account reconciliations and variance analysis
-Journal Entries, reconciliations and analysis for compliance with SOX
-Inter-Company accounting and consolidations
-Foreign currency exchange
