Accounting Manager
Direct Hire
Hybrid, Boston

Salary range: $100,000-125,000

Must have:
Bachelors degree
8+ years of accounting/financial management experience
Experience working in a small company
Excel - lookups, pivot tables, formulas

Nice to have:
Project Accounting experience from Construction/Contracting industry
CPA

A small Boston architectural engineering company is looking to hire an Accounting Manager. This position will direct and oversee the financial activities of the company.
Responsibilities include and are not limited to:
-Financial Statement Preparation
-Forecasting
-Actual versus Budget reporting
-Month end and annual close
-Reconciliations
-AP and AR
-Bi-Weekly payroll
-Management of 401K plan
