Direct Hire
Onsite – Mount Joy, Pennsylvania Must Have
High School Diploma or Equivalent
2 to 3 years of experience in payroll, data entry, or related field
Preferred
Experience with ERP systems
Familiarity with tracking and managing PTO (Paid Time Off)
Previous experience in a similar role within a field service or shop environment
Job Description
We are currently seeking an Accounting Clerk for our payroll department to assist in gathering, recording, calculating, and entering daily time from our field service and shop employees, as well as performing other general administrative functions. The role includes daily timecard review and entry into the ERP system, tracking vacation, sick, and personal time on a weekly log, verifying available PTO and entering it into the ERP system, summarizing daily timecards for shop and field services, reviewing weekly data entry logs and making corrections, completing weekly expense reports, filing, and other duties as assigned.
