Contract – 4 months

Pay Range: $28.33-$30.33/hr
Must Haves:

Accounting Experience
Experience with Electronic Accounting Systems
Organized and Detail Oriented

MMARS Experience

Job Summary/Description:
Our organization is seeking an accountant to:

Aid in the completion compilation of contract packets for new hotels
Collaborate with organization fiscal teams to ensure new vendors are established in MMARS, the state accounting system
Receive biweekly invoices from hotels, and with each
- Review for accuracy, against established scope of service and billing agreement
- Troubleshoot invoice and billing questions
- Reconcile against organization data regarding rooms used
- Submit to organization fiscal/accounting staff for payment
- Other duties as assigned
