A medical manufacturing company in Natick, MA is seeking a permanent Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their growing team.

3 days onsite in Natick, MA

Must Haves:

3+ years accounting/AR experience in a B2B setting
Accounting Software experience

Preferred:

SAP experience
Bachelor's Degree

Job Summary/Description:

Review Customer accounts for timely payment and reach out to customers regarding overdue payments.
Maintain accuracy of invoices and resolve discrepancies as needed.
Reconcile Customer Receivable accounts.
Work with IT to generate and email monthly Customer Statement’s and other reports as requested.
Recommend and develop procedures and policies to improve efficiency.
Other duties as assigned.
