Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred
Job Description:
Responsible for billings process, preparing journal entries of adjustment to billing, communicating with customers regarding billings and adjustments, reconciling account with general ledger, ensuring accuracy of invoicing based on contract terms and conditions, troubleshooting and resolving issues, maintain billing files and cash applications, account reconciliation and cash collections, preparing aging reports, reconciliation of accounts receivable and other functions within the accounting department.
do an outreach to customers for collecting past due balances
respond to customers, internal and external, via email and phone, and follow up
perform daily reconciliation, clearing, write off activities
support and backup other team members as needed
identify and resolve issues with internal and external customers in a timely manner
drive process improvement initiatives with focus to create efficiencies
understand SOX controls as they relate to the job responsibilities and perform all tasks in a SOX compliant manner to limit financial risk
support the team to complete reconciliation and other related consumer receivables dutie
