Must Haves:
10+ years of experience in leadership roles within Manufacturing leadership
2+ years of recent experience in Food Manufacturing and knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality assurance principles, and regulatory requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, Food Science, or a related field.
Proven track record of driving operational efficiencies and continuous improvement initiatives utilizing lean manufacturing and continuing improvement principles
Job Description:
This role will be responsible for the overall effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of all the manufacturing facilities of the Company. This role involves strategic leadership to ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and compliance with all food safety regulations. Working with others this role will be responsible for driving sustainable operating cost reductions in the production of all items the Company produces, while maintaining the service levels and quality our customers have come to expect. The VP of Manufacturing will develop a road map to execute upon the operations vision of safely producing and delivering high quality products at the lowest possible price while achieving a 100% service level. The role will develop and report out on measurable KPI’s to track progress to this vision.
