Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 3 years of legal e-billing experience.
Intermediate Excel skills VLOOKUP and PivotTable
BillBlast experience
Preferred:
Experience with Elite Enterprise or Aderant systems
Job Summary: The Senior Client Account Specialist reviews and analyzes time and disbursement data and drafts clients bills and related items, including spreadsheets and attachments, and provides support in all phases of client billing. Utilizes the e-billing system for all billing inquiries and reporting and Microsoft Word for drafting invoices. In addition, processes write-offs, applies on account retainers to unbilled time and disbursements, and backs up other The Senior Client Account Specialists as necessary.
