Must Have:
Bachelors degree
1 year+ experience recruiting in Health, Human Services or Nonprofit for Behavioral Health positions
Worked with some type of ATS system
Nice to have:
Bilingual Spanish/English
Human Resources Recruiter
We are seeking a Human Resources Recruiter to spearhead our employee recruitment initiatives. This role involves sourcing candidates from a variety of online platforms, including social media and professional networks, primarily for program-related positions within our organization. Roles recruiting for include not limited: Case Managers, Social Workers, Residential Aides, Substance Abuse Counselors
Key Responsibilities:
-Screen and evaluate incoming resumes and applications.
-Present shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
-Participate in job fairs and organize in-house recruitment events.
-Collaborate with managers to identify and forecast future hiring needs.
-Visit all locations to meet with managers and create tailored recruiting strategies.
-Build and maintain professional relationships with college and university placement offices.
-Ensure job postings are current and effectively track sourcing channels.
-Provide applicants with information about agency services and available job opportunities.
