Required: 
  •  Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Organizational Psychology, related field
  • 9+ years of experience, Professional Services familiarity 
  • - Proven experience in performance management design, preferably within a professional services or corporate environment.
    - Strong knowledge of performance management theories, methodologies, and best practices.
  • - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with performance management software is preferred.

Job Description:
     Performance Management Design Specialist

Professional will work with the People and Culture team to enhance and design the next generation performance management process for leaders and practitioners in the firm.
Years of Experience: 9+
Required Skills: Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the People and Culture team to understand the current performance management process and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry best practices in performance management design.
- Develop and implement a strategic plan to enhance the performance management process, ensuring alignment with the firm's goals and objectives.
- Design and create tools, templates, and resources to support leaders and practitioners in effectively managing performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and insights, ensuring the performance management process meets the needs of various stakeholders.
- Provide training and guidance to leaders and practitioners on the new performance management process, ensuring successful adoption and implementation.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the performance management process, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in performance management design, preferably within a professional services or corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of performance management theories, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with performance management software is preferred.
