Job Title: Global Supply and Sourcing Manager 
Contract: 12 Months (3/4/2024 - 3/3/2025)
Location: Cupertino CA 
Hybrid:  Hybrid Schedule (Tuesday, Wednesday / Thursday onsite) 

$70- 76.5/hr 

Must Haves:
  • Education & Experience: BA/BS + 3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong communication, presentation, analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Advanced level Excel experience 
  • Supply chain/vendor management experience
  • Pricing/quote management experience
  • User experience with Apple MacBook
  • Finance analyst experience
  • Good English communication skills (verbal and written); able to work in a multinational environment
  • Masters or MBA is a plus 

Job Description: 
The Global Supply and Sourcing Manager (GSSM) Role is responsible to determine sourcing strategy for equipment, negotiate best total cost of ownership, ensure on time delivery, and manage vendor relationships. 
  • Seeking an experienced Procurement and Supply Chain Professional to join the Capex GSSM team. 
  • Effectively work with suppliers to negotiate optimal terms for sourcing. Understand the trade- offs between cost, volume, and quality in order to strike agreements that meet clients performance criteria and secure long-term supply continuity. 
  • Collaborate across the organization, (Engineering, Operations, Global Supply Management teams) to ensure business objectives are met. Includes the ability to rapidly synthesize and communicate findings to senior leaders and to actively identify potential supply risks that can affect product strategy. 
  • Optimize supply chain performance through cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking. Develop an in-depth understanding of value-added manufacturing processes and costs, and build should-cost models to drive best-in-class pricing. 
  • Assess and mitigate risks to the business. Manage global supply chain disruptions in real time with the support of an international team.
