Job Description: An investment management company is seeking a candidate to join the Bank Loan Services team at Invesco Senior Secured Management, Inc. This role involves cash and position reconciliation, along with research and resolution across various investment vehicles focused on the Bank Loan asset class.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Reconciliation: Accurately reconcile cash and positions within established deadlines.
Issue Research: Investigate discrepancies using internal systems, agent notifications, publicly available data, and Trustee records.
Liaison Role: Communicate with trustees and agent banks to resolve cash discrepancies with Custodians, Trustees, Agent Banks, and Seller Banks.
Issue Escalation: Initiate verbal or written communication to escalate unresolved issues.
Tracking and Analysis: Monitor issue resolution, conduct root cause analysis, and identify gaps in controls.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to complete internal tasks effectively.
Process Documentation: Document process requirements clearly and comprehensively.
Additional Duties: Take on other projects or responsibilities as needed.
Backup Support: Provide support to other team members as required
